After the seller or the store sends the order, a notification with a unique transportation code (tracking code) comes to your email. With this code it is possible to track the location of the package. In your personal account, go to the "Expected" section and fill out the required fields of the declaration. There are exceptions when sellers send goods without assigning a tracking code, in this case, wait for a notification from the American warehouse about the receipt of your parcel and then fill out the declaration. Parcel declaration is necessary for the smooth passage of customs procedures.
After accepting the parcel at the warehouse, it will be displayed in your personal account in 24-48 hours. The cost of transportation will be calculated taking into account the comparison of volume and real weight. Then, the package will be sent to Kazakhstan. You can monitor the status of the movement of the parcel in your account.
Parcels arriving at the airport of Kazakhstan undergo customs inspection. For this, it is necessary to provide our managers with an invoice for your package and passport. If you have not provided an invoice or your document, then your parcels are delayed at customs until the necessary information is established.

How to place an order using Camex.kz managers

How is the package weight calculated
The cost of transportation depends on the total weight of the parcel. If the volume weight exceeds the real one, then the payment for transportation is calculated according to the volume weight, and if the physical weight exceeds the volume, the cost of transportation is calculated according to the physical weight. ONLY CLOTHES AND SHOES ARE CONSIDERED BY PHYSICAL WEIGHT.
Volumetric weight and how to calculate it
All products except clothing and shoes will go by volumetric weight, so you need to calculate the cost of delivery in advance. Volumetric weight in air transportation implies the estimated size of the package dimensions of the item.
Volumetric weight is calculated if the physical weight of the item is less than the size of its packaging. The formula is as follows:
Volumetric weight = length X width X height / 6000 (in metric dimensions).
Volumetric weight = length X width X height / 366 (in case of calculation in inches)
What you need to know when buying online
During online shopping, the shipping address boxes should be filled in according to the example given in your personal account. If the address provided by the user or the store is not completely written, or if the personal account number does not match, the name / surname is incorrectly written, the tracking-code is transmitted with an error - the company is not responsible for the timely delivery of such a parcel.
The procedure will be extended for an indefinite period until complete identification of the product based on the invoice and the contents of the parcel.
What can not be imported into the country from the USA?
In accordance with US export laws, the transportation of any type of firearm, its parts and / or accessories, optical laser sights, optical binoculars and military materials is limited.
If the seller attaches the Export License to the specified products or the invoice indicates that transportation of the purchased item is allowed outside the United States, the restriction will be lifted.

Parcel delivery from store to warehouse
When ordering in the online store, after a certain time, the seller sends the purchased products to the address indicated by the client. For this, the package is handed over to the local courier service. Delivery time from the store to our warehouse in America depends on the location of the seller and the chosen form of delivery. In America, the delivery time for a package from stores to our warehouse is from 2-3 days to 5-7 days, and if you buy products in other countries from 1-2 weeks (Europe) to 1 month (China). Delayed delivery may be caused by deteriorating climatic conditions or technical problems in the store and at the post office.
“Camex Int” does not have information before receiving the parcel at the warehouse and is not responsible until it is received. Within 12-48 hours, after the parcel arrives at the warehouse, it will be displayed in your personal account and will be sent to the address by the next flight.
What does domestic package transportation mean?
Online stores use local mail to deliver packages. The transportation price is set and regulated by the terms of the contract drawn up between the store and the post office. Basically, the cost of local shipment is from $ 4 to $ 10, it can be free of charge, and can also be regulated with the help of current shares. How to change personal data in your account
During registration, it is necessary to observe the accuracy of filling in personal information for efficient and uninterrupted transportation and receipt of parcels. Fill in the first and last name according to your ID. Personal number / ID number is the unique identification number of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Why is it necessary to fill out information about the package in your account
In order to avoid delays, it is necessary to place (declare) accurate information about the packages in the user's personal account. Data on the parcel must be entered into your personal account before the parcel arrives at the American warehouse, in accordance with the declaration form. It is possible to declare the goods after the seller sends your order, and you will receive a unique tracking code on your email.
If the user declares the goods previously from the moment the sender assigned the tracking number, this will help identify the parcel after it arrives at the warehouse. This procedure will avoid any failures and misunderstandings.
There are exceptions when sellers ship goods without notification and assignment of a tracking number. In this case, the data on the product must be entered into your personal account after the parcel arrives at our warehouse and the code is assigned, before the parcel arrives in Almaty. The accuracy and reliability of these data is a condition for the uninterrupted delivery of the parcel. Parcels arriving at the airport of Kazakhstan will undergo customs inspection.

What you need to know about customs clearance
Parcels (or parcels) are subject to customs duty in the following cases:

The finished declaration is transmitted to the user along with the parcel belonging to it.
Terms of receiving a parcel
The parcel is transmitted directly to the user (after providing an identity card or passport). If the parcel is picked up by another person (at the request of the client), then the client is obliged to inform the company about this, indicating the tracking code of the parcel and personal data of the recipient. Upon receipt of the parcel, the client signs on the invoice for the delivery of the parcel in the warehouse at the office.
Under what conditions will compensation be issued
If your parcel, purchased in accordance with the terms of the company, has been accepted into the American warehouse and has the signature of the recipient (signed by CAMEX), but has not been displayed in the system for a month, the compensation process provided for in the Agreement is activated.
The company is not responsible for the cargo that was already delivered in the damaged state to an American warehouse or does not correspond to the information specified in the invoice. In this case, the American warehouse has the right not to accept the specified products and will inform the user about this by e-mail or contact by phone.
The company is not responsible for a parcel that does not have external damages, which should have been opened at the office of the company or during courier service in the presence of a company representative.
Also, the company is not liable if the delay, confiscation, seizure of cargo occurs by customs officers and / or any other public service due to the contents of the cargo and / or incorrectly declared documents, non-payment of the cost of customs clearance.
In the event of loss or damage to cargo due to the fault of the company, the amount of compensation is determined in the amount of the cost of the products, which is indicated in the document confirming the purchase of the products, and will not exceed the amount indicated during the declaration.
The company is not responsible for the goods accepted by the American warehouse without the signature of the warehouse employee.
The company manages at its discretion a parcel that will not be picked up from the company's office within 90 (ninety) days.
What you should know about USPS America Post
Most often, among transportation methods, stores use the USPS mail service, due to its low cost. However, this mail works with sufficient interruptions. The first thing you need to know is that USPS do not deliver parcels to the warehouse on Saturdays, but only register them in their system, load them into the car and prepare for delivery at Monday, but the parcels are marked “delivered”, which in fact case does not correspond to reality and misleads the user.
If you are purchasing an important item and there is a choice among other postal couriers, you can specify UPS, DHL or FedEx (although the latter often sends packages to the local USPS point to deliver the package to its destination). Recently, parcels marked “delivered” have actually been delivered 1-2 days late.
